RMTs and patients are required to wear a mask when in the clinic and during the duration of the treatment. If you cannot wear a mask due to health reasons please contact me directly.
Pre-screening for COVID-19 symptoms:
24 hours before your scheduled appointment you will receive a mandatory COVID-19 questionnaire, please fill this out before your appointment. If you develop any COVID-19-like symptoms before your appointment please call or email me to reschedule.
To reduce the number of people in the clinic at a time I ask that you come to your appointment right on time. If you arrive early please wait in your car. The door to the clinic will be locked until the time of your appointment. Upon entry to the clinic you will be asked to use the hand sanitization station and will be asked to wear a mask.
I leave 30 minutes between each appointment to minimize patient to patient interactions. After every treatment the room is fully sanitized and the clinic is cleaned several times a day.
If you pay for your appointment with cash or cheque and have the ability to use online banking please consider sending an e-transfer instead.
