Registered Massage Therapist
Kristi is a BC Registered Massage Therapist with over 11 years of clinical experience. She is passionate about working with people and helping them achieve their health goals. In her treatments she focuses on releasing soft tissue restrictions and decreasing pain by using a variety of techniques including general Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, dermoneuromodulation, kinesiotaping, and craniosacral techniques. Kristi believes in a holistic approach to health and acknowledges that healing works best with a team approach. This is why she works collaboratively with and refers to other professionals such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Naturopaths and Physiotherapists to provide a full healthcare team for her patients.
When she is not in the clinic, Kristi enjoys staying healthy and active by spending her time outdoors. Her favorite activities are hiking with her dog, mountain biking, horseback riding, paddle boarding, and skiing.
Kristi is originally from the Cariboo and has recently relocated to the Columbia Valley. She is happy to be here and is excited to start exploring this beautiful part of the province!
Rates
60 minute massage therapy $120.75
Price includes GST.
Treatment time includes intake, assessment, treatment and homecare recommendations.
Direct Billing
Direct billing is available to most extended health plans. When filling out the online intake form please fill in the name of your plan as well as your policy and ID number. If there is an amount that your plan does not cover you simply pay the difference at the time of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in my schedule. As such, there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to provide me with this notice you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost for the first missed appointment. If another appointment is missed,100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
